What We Do
This is a townhome apartment community in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. It is well maintained, and there is a lake with a walking path when you enter the community. There is also a clubhouse and a swimming pool. The current logo is very old, and has a mallard duck by a pond.

I would like a logo that includes an image/design that we can use on signage/marketing without necessarily using the name in every location. For example, on the Bloom logo, we use the flower on our signage without the word "Bloom" sometimes. Bloom is another apartment community we manage.
