Here is my first entry for your project. I know that you mentioned to use the image of the Orion constellation but I wanted to show a different path that might also work. Here is an image of a lion that represents strength, pride, power and a hunter in it's own right.
This design works great in any color and in black & white. It also scales pretty well.
