I just noticed your response. Actually, please ignore that one as the feedback I got from colleagues was to bag that idea.

Could you go for a Wordmark design instead. Also, could you review my updated Brief which hopefully gives a better idea of the impact/theme I'm going for.

incorporated an outstretched human figure reaching up as if moving forward or toward success. the shape can also be viewed as a double helix for the shape of DNA found in humans

My former ad exec friend suggested I come up with a tag line to help guide the process. Here are two working titles of tag lines:


“Helping Leaders Unlock the Mystery of Employee Motivation”

“Helping Leaders Inspire the Best in People”

I found myself smiling at the really likable fellow stepping out. I'd like a less whimsical characterization of people/person though for mine. I bet that design will sell for someone else though. It's a charmer!
