HUIS-Consultancy will be developing plans for new living and new homes concepts. Either in the planning stage, development- and salesstage. The different stages will be serviced with either high end strategic reports or during the sales stage with marketing or progress reports.
Services and products which will be produced:
- Market research;
- Moodboards for marketingbriefing to developer or marketingteam;
- Real estate portfolio analysis;
- Tender offers;
- Strategic marketing and sales reports;
In short a high end pro-active consultancy firm with a clear vision that in the end the consumer (the home buyer) will have to be a 100% satisfied and happy with the house they bought. This due to the fact that all strategic decisions were made on the premis that the most important person in this whole project is the end consumer (home buyer) who made the most importantinvestment of his live. Storytelling, what is beyond the four walls and how is it going to fel to live in that new place is the main focus of the services of HUIS-Consultancy.
