I am seeking a round logo with everything inside the circle. The name HUDSON VIEWS across the top, and CONNECTING WITH NATURE at the bottom. The inner circle would be a landscape View that is the iconic View looking North from West Point on the Hudson River having the mountains on either side and an island in the middle of the river. I have a bunch of paintings showing this View on my Facebook page “Hudson River Valley Art & History” that you can see. I will repost, so that this Post will be at the top of the page. If possible, the Sun could be on the left side of the logo as you face the logo, starting to go down behind the mountain on that side. I do not want any bridges or houses in the View as this logo represents the pure beauty of the landscape. I wish I could have been this specific from the start. The water should be blue and the rounded topped mountains green. Thank you very much for all you have done so far and for any continued work that you might submit. Have a wonderful day - Rob 4 years ago Blade3 commented on #21 Withdrawn I appreciate your efforts. But, I am leaning toward the View from West Point looking north which includes the mountains and the island in the middle of the river. It is an iconic View painted by many of the Hudson River School artists. I have posted a bunch of images of this View in a single Post on my Facebook page ”Hudson River Valley Art & History.” I wish I could share a photo with you here. But, I don't know how. I apologize if I did not make this clear in my original information. Thanks. Have fun - Rob 4 years ago Blade3 commented on #21 Withdrawn Wow, thanks. You have some great work here. I am sorry to be such a pain. But, hopefully I am helping to explain better what I am seeking to bridge the paintings and the river. I think that I am leaning toward having the entire logo staying within a circle, looking more like a stamp. My thinking is that it might be able to be used as an icon for an App in the future. Also, I am thinking of keeping the words “Connecting with Nature” as a secondary line within the circle. My concern is that “Hudson Views” alone sounds like a condo project. I think that people are connected with nature by seeing the Hudson River landscape paintings and by feeling nature by touring on the river. I am going to Post a couple of images of painting Views from West Point looking North on the Hudson River to my Hudson River Valley Art & History Facebook page now. I am thinking this might help you to see an iconic View that has been painted many times. The Island in the middle of the river in the paintings, Pollepel Island is an important landmark. Again, thanks for the work produced, and thanks in advance for anything else that you might decide to share. I’m thinking that it might be better if the center white area was blue to represent the River having the green on either side higher to represent the Hudson Highlands (Mountains) better. Also, if the Sun was coming over the mountain on the right side as you look at the logo, it would be more like a sunset. How about “CONNECTING WITH NATURE” instead of “CONNECTED WITH NATURE?” Thanks. 4 years ago
