Hudson Valley Tax Experts provides US and state income tax services including return preparation, tax planning, and tax problem resolution (unfiled returns, audits, outstanding tax debt), for individuals, small businesses, and small non-profit organizations.

A stylized image of the Hudson River nestled between the Hudson Highlands could be an element, as could a stylized image of the Mid-Hudson Bridge - but both elements occur in logos used by other Hudson Valley businesses and I would not want to infringe. Some examples of existing logos from other companies are attached that I would not want to get to close to.

Logo should not contain tax/accounting cliches - tax forms, calculators, etc

Logo should convey a company that is modern but not casual, professional but not stodgy.

Avoid script, italic, freestyle fonts. Some font examples I find pleasing are attached, but using these particular fonts is not required.
