I work with leaders and their teams going through rapid organisational change, and promote collaborative ways of working through accelerating trust and flow at the individual and team level leading to organisational success.

Would like to incorporate Blue, Green, Red, Yellow and Grey if possible.

Would like to see use the infinity symbol as this links to unlimited possibilities. Or even overlaps of it leading to an upward spiral, or "unleashing"

Ok for the "loops" to be different sizes as in life the balance between the two can differ depending on what is right in any given moment.
