my current logo has a teal color in it and i would like to stay with that type of color. the lettering needs to be black, clear and crisp

i would like a clean, crisp, simple logo with a lighthouse. i have attached a lighthouse that i like, one reason is the waves beneath the lighthouse and because it is simple but not plain. i would like the lighthouse to have the color and the lettering to be black. it is important that the logo be crisp because it will be on real estate signs and will need to be easy to see and read from a distance. the teal/blue needs to pop to stand out against a white back ground and additional black lettering. the logo will need to translate in black and white newspaper advertising and have a clean and modern look on the web. it will need to transfer over many mediums. i am also open to being wowed by something else.
