number 5 I like the clean lines, the upward swoop of light, it conveys power and direction. I wonder if it could have the tagline underneath or if that would spoil the clean lines

#4 may have potential but that icon in the middle for the O is too big, grabs too much attention for me.

Entry number #7 is a bit too condensed. Can it be more of an expanded design. The font too!

I don't feel the arrow head on the H adds to the logo or its meaning and can be a distraction (Simon)
