What We Do
Homeology is a partnership between two expert stylists who joined forces to help homeowners sell their properties more quickly and for their full worth.

The company specializes in re-arranging and decorating home interiors to highlight their best features and bring out their full potential. Its impeccably staged spaces capture the imagination of prospective buyers and command top dollar in the competitive Central Massachusetts real estate market. Homeology also offers styling services to home and Airbnb owners looking to rejuvenate an outdated or uninspiring living space.

The target audience consists of two customer groups: real estate agents who are selling mid-range to high-end homes in the Central Massachusetts area, and high-income home or Airbnb owners who want to refurnish and/or redecorate their homes and rentals. While the first group is evenly split between men and women, the second primarily consists of working and stay-at-home moms.

Homeology’s beautifully staged interiors make for stunning real estate listing photos and Instagram posts, as well as stylish, timeless, and comfortable spaces to live in.

Dark teal, aquamarine, or navy as the primary color; a complementary muted green (such as sage) as the secondary color; and a rose gold or copper accent.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Since most home staging companies have rather plain, wordmark logos with either no icon or initials as an icon, the Homeology should make use of a simple graphical icon and a carefully designed pop of color. We’re looking for something clean, simple and timeless (not overly trendy) that reflects the tidiness and visual balance of the brand’s styling services, but with a bit of flair. It’s important that the logo makes the brand feel approachable and not too expensive or out-of-reach for middle-class consumers.

The logo should have a horizontal (not stacked) layout and include a simple, easily reproducible icon such as the outline of a midcentury modern armchair (like this one: https://interioricons.com/products/the-egg-the-egg-chair-indigo-blue). "Homeology" should be spelled 'home · ology' in lowercase typeface and "Studios" should appear beside it in script.
