Homeland Secure IT, LLCLogo Design Contest

Just to clarify, it is "Homeland Secure IT, LLC", like the United States Department of Homeland Security, only with Secure IT =)

http://homelandsecureit.com/homelandsecuritylogo2.jpg was something I played with, but obviously, that would probably be TOO much like the US Dept. of Homeland Security and could get me into trouble possibly?

The exact use of the eagle can realy get you into trouble. Your logo is far too alike as the H.L.S. one.
You might get a phone call and a visit by some strange looking men in suit! :)
By Using only elements, present in almost all logo designs around the world, we can avoid any troubles.
The general use of an eagle is associated with this type of national USA organizations. So avoiding the obvious we can still give a hint to what you are reffering.

We have ranked the logos that seem to fit best so far.... We will give it some thought and offer constructive input to those that remain. It is amazing how talented all the artists are!

It is very exciting to see the creativity of the designers. I am what you might call Graphically Challenged and unable to draw anything but flies, so I for one appreciate all the hard work!

We have finally re-ranked... I still think ARTIOBG is on the right track with his designs, but my compadres and I are keeping an open mind. Thank you again for all your submissions.

There, I re-ranked, but only based on my opinion. Going to ask my friends, family, etc for their input, which is very important to me and try to re-rank tomorrow.
Again, you guys are so creative, it amazes me!

Should this HSI or HSIT for Abbreviation?

Good question EGA... HSI sounds and looks better because HSIT takes your mind to another word =)

I want to thank everyone who contributed. The work of the artists have been amazing and it was very very difficult for us to select a winner due to the fact there was so many great entries!!!
