Big Enough to Serve, Small Enough to Care (Old slogan, very open to changing)

We are a local NY (mostly Long Island) based real estate company. We target buyers, sellers, builders, flippers, and anyone looking to purchase, invest or sell real estate...including potentially commercial real estate.

I am looking for something that can easily become "recognizable", but maintain its luxury and timeless look. Maybe even something that could potentially have a few color variations, including a simple black/gray or negative, or a single color that catches the eye and will be more recognizable.

We are a real estate company based in Long Island NY. We cater to all types of buyers, sellers, house flippers, investors & builders. We are looking to create a company that stands out from the rest of the hundreds of other real estate companies. We eventually want to be a household name in the 2020 real estate market on Long Island. Simple, classy/ellegant, timeless, but very customer service focused. We want to try and customize the experience our clients have from the minute they see our logo. We want to create a household name in real estate that people will want to share with friends and family. So the logo should have instant recognizable traits that will eventually be known in the industry as a company that provides an amazing "quality service, simple, elegant, instantly recognizable, VIP club vibe, doesn't cut corners, never sacrifices ethics, morals" but is not your average real estate office. We do not want to look like a boring run of the mill commercial real estate company logo or a property management logo. We also want to create a "family like" work environment for our agents that feels inclusive. Maybe play off the "STAR", or Long Island (shape of Long Island), or the "H" and a STAR. I would like to have something that looks nice, classy and elegant on a polo shirt, hats, etc...and marketing material. In addition, I'd like the possibility of including some type of "icon" that can be printed in association with the full name of the company or separate by itself. Lastly, I would like to define a color scheme that will eventually stand out from other real estate companies that have defined their color (e.g.- Charles Rutenberg - Purple, EXIT Realty - Turquoise, Douglas Elliman - Gray & turquoise, Century 21 - Brown & Yellow)

Attachment = At one point one of the partners had a logo created, but we don't think it represents the look and feel we are going for in 2020.
