Hello,
The pumpkin face good and the way that you have placed it into the logo is also interesting, but we need to have a stronger connection to the classic hollywood sign using the hollywood font for the top and then a creepy font for the bottom Halloween that is clean and clear to read.
See if you can do something stronger font wise and still incorporate the graphic that you are using.
