yes, I agree. Put Hofheimer and BLDG on the same line horizontally. Basically, we are going to paint the logo on the building like it was in 1920. see postcard that is attached. So we need a format that can work horizontally and also a square one for stationary. so your current design will work for stationary just fine.

I guess the location can stay since it fills the sides of BLDG nicely. but it can be removed either :) .
both words on a single line or stacked but more...equal in length ?

like this a lot. Do a version that is more horizontal using the word Hofheimer and BLDG. You can leave off the tagline and location in the horizontal version. Also try one font that is not cursive. just for comparison.
