What We Do
Hobgoblin is a family foundation that supports charities in Canada, particularly those focused on providing opportunity to children who might otherwise be left behind. We support energetic, optimistic, pragmatic agents of change. Those , large or small, who make a tremendous and lasting difference in the lives of kids.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our foundation is not large - our motto is "Help a Little," meaning we can't solve everything but we can do something. And also meaning that the people we help are the little ones - small people, small organizations mainly. Some of the organizations we support (for inspiration) are Boundless School (awesome!), Take a Hike Foundation, Teach for Canada, Autism Asperger Friendship Society, Kids in Camp, West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation. Hobgoblin was the name of our dog when we were young, a black, fluffy, furry poodle - energetic, not always well-behaved, ball of good spirit. So we think that the logo should be simple, hopeful, energetic, could have a poodle image (but not a show-dog poodle). Also the foundation can only support Canadian registered charities, so weaving in Canadian imagery including a maple leaf could work, but not necessary.
