We are an accounting firm focused on Condos and HOAs. We are dedicated to solving the financial challenges that Condos and Homeowner Associations, and Property Management Companies face. Using our experience and technology can reduce the workload of Board Members, Managers, Employees, and volunteers of the Association.
We aim to improve their financial reporting systems by implementing our modern approach to bookkeeping, easy day-to-day operations processes, and 100% transparency of accounting records.

- The Name of the Company
- The Slogan
- A building or skyscraper icon in gray and light green. This icon suggests the company deals with property management services.
We really like that the HOA part is enclosed in a rounded rectangle with a light green outline.
We like the Arial Font, but we are open to new fonts. It could be a clean, sans-serif font that appears modern and easy to read.
Overall the design has to be a clean and minimalist aesthetic that conveys professionalism and simplicity, which are desirable qualities for an accounting service.
Also, we like the concept of the CHASE Bank Logo, meaning you can see the icon above or next to the name and it looks good. We want an icon to be recognized by others or use the icon without the name so our clients can identify the company.
