Color Preferences

I could see almost any colour, but not too many... the combination should be maybe 2-3 colours, matching well but with a visible, not too harsh contrast. Rather no pastells.
Not my favourites are yellow, orange (even though the one scanned example has these colours - but I like only the graphic)

Our Ideas & Additional Information

I would like to have some reference to my last name (Hirsch, translating to "deer, stag", also part of the company's name "Hirsch Kommunikation"). My current logo shows a deer's head, but I find it too detailed, edgy, the two colours magenta and black to harsh, the font also ...I would like to have a trendier, more modern composition of colours, and a reduced design of the deer-reference. Maybe not even the complete deer...

~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.
