Linked together is good.

If using people in design, use both female and male managers.

I have removed the photo of the group of men with their arms up. Used in the abstract, that arm position may be thought of as rude. Also, they are all men.

A two-colour combination like grey and orange or grey and purple with black lettering are fine.
