hello, thought i would give you something a bit different. I diving falcon symbolizes speed / performance and also has a heavy nature aspect to it which is reinforced by the green colour. The pattern in the falcon combined with the typeface gives it an overall 'tech' feel. any feedback would be great, thanks, bugy
Hi Bugy, Thanks for the entries. Regarding #56, I had to focus on the image to realize there were letters in there. I was hoping for something that is easy to recognize and identify.
I dont think I like the falcon. Also, I would prefer a different shade of Green. All negative comments I know and I am sorry. I do appreciate your work but I was just hoping for something different.

Hey thanks for the feedback. here is another design that i think is more in the direction your after. the basic shapes form the letters H and C in the negative space between them =) There is no shading, gradients or effects used (though i am happy to provide you with a 'dressed up' version for web use if you want) the green and blue give the nature feel (ground/sky) while the orange has a sun element and i think also helps to add a slight tech feel to it. Overall its a smooth modern solution that would be really easy to get stitched into clothing etc because all the shapes (both icon and text) are really simple and bold any feedback would be great, thanks! bugy
I'm asking you this because you appear to be an expert based on your posting in the general discussion forum. Please look at my contest and examine the entries in the #1 and #22 position which were submitted by two different designers. My wife suspects the person saw what I liked in the #1 spot and just made slight alterations to produce his/her entry. I cant argue they are very similar. I just dont know what is considered correct to do in a situation like this. Any feedback you can give would be appreciated.
Regarding your entry, thank you. I'm glad to see everyone getting away from shading and producing items which will work with embroidery. I do like the simplicity of your logo and the color choice works, I just dont think I like the graphics. Simple is good, but I think this may be a bit too simple.

regarding the potential copy, you don't need to worry about it, just rank it as if it was from the same designer. we have our own methods in place to resolve these issues away from the eyes of the CH =)
