Really like #36 for it's movement & rhythm, without being too edgy. Very clean.
Would be interested in seeing you push this idea further with the following in mind - the "HHNT" will probably stand alone in some uses of the logo, so it's important that it be visually striking and independently strong.
Also, we'd be interested in any other elements, variations, or visual interest you might employ with the letters.
#48, #47, #49 - I like these but I think that having each letter modified makes it still a little too playful. Any way to use this idea but tone it down (in movement) a little bit?
I definitely think that the new focus on the HHNT in these is right in line with my previous feedback, and the attempts to encapsulate the letters do help to "normalize" the letters in a way that gives some resting space for the letters and communicates more of the professionalism that we're going for. I'm not partial to the encapsulation, as I think your #36 works well without it, but again, still a little too playful.
