Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed.
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
Having a standalone is a great idea, and something we'd love. I particularly like entry #90 - having 4 colors to represent each business unit is a great tool that we could apply on the web and other collateral to give each one a unique feel.
We all love entry #90 but were wondering if we could see it with a more modern font (Heritage has an older feel to it, but we're all younger (30s), so we'd like to make sure it has a little bit of a younger feel.
The other thing I was thinking about entry #90 is trying to make the H stand out a bit more so it pops for viewers. Most of us saw it, but not all.

Of course no problems at all, would be my pleasure. And here are a selection of ones that I think could work nicely, all modern and clean; #133, #134, #135, #136, #137, #138, #139 and #140.
I've also tried a few different arrangements of the name, just to experiment with.
And lastly I've reduced the space between the 4 elements to make the "H" stand out a bit more.
We are ready to select yours (#138) as the winner. We were just wondering if we could get an alternate version with the lettering to the right of the image for use on letterhead or web banners.
