No slogan (both have LLC which we can omit)

CAN I JUST SAY YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING & SUPER TALENTED??? BLOWN AWAY WITH THE DESIGN WE HAVE SEEN. I AM STRUGGLING RANKING EACH ONE. THANK YOU!!!!! Same company run by a husband & wife team with two different arms. Essentially need 2 different logos that look similar - do NOT want both business names on the same logo. "Henninger Homes": Build, design & develop new construction residential homes to sell to homeowners (single family, townhomes) - think the Gaines couple. Other "Henninger Equity Group" branch sells to investors to purchase & manages assets - (mobile home parks/storage facilities/apartment complexes).

Whatever can be seen of a Builder sign placed in a yard from a distance...I do lean towards involving black but open to ideas. Currently we have no colors associated with our business (have used off white, white & black & some brown)

We are small business with a large footprint locally - a husband & wife team with about 5 office staff & 8 contractors we work with daily. Our business is known in our town, so the inclusion of the last name is significant. I want connection between the two arms of our business. I like a blend of classic and modern, for example my last project is a modern take on a farmhouse. My husband meanwhile is raising money from (very savvy) investors to buy a couple of mobile home parks.
