We are a small family business with buying power and strong partnerships to purchase real estate off-market in Massachusetts. Although we can purchase larger 5+ unit properties, we focus on 1-4 unit properties.

Although plenty of properties/owners are distressed, our focus is on anyone who is interested in selling their property off-market to us. We are friendly, honest, and flexible when we purchase a property. We have integrity, we keep things simple for the seller, we accommodate their timelines, and we take care of everything for them in an efficient manner. People are typically very happy when they sell their properties to us.
