This is a logo for a report that evaluates the safety of vessel helidecks. (Imagine a helicopter landing on a big seagoing vessel)

Not sure - thinking mainly black and white / silhouette style for now. But not against more colors.

Maybe make the "heli" on a boat and the word vess in the boat. But I am pretty open. Needs to look good small in a footer of a document.
