Heilig & PartnersLogo Design Contest

Thanks all for the designs submitted thus far. In reviewing the designs, the preferences are as follows:

A logo with the icon on the left and the text Heilig & Partners on the right. The words "engineered excellence" can appear under the Heilig & Partners. The overall shape of the logo and text falls within a rectangle.
The logo could either be simple, or a little more complex symbolising an engineering drawing. I am open to either and like both options
The background will need to white (preferably alpha channel) such that it can pasted onto different backgrounds.
