i also would like to see the 3 arrows pointing upward and centered over the stem of the "b" letter. So the top arrow right on top of the stem then the bottom two arrows to either side of the stem.
and make the arrows yellow as well

Thanks for the feedback. I have presented as I understand your request. I am curious to understand your thoughts and concept? It reminds me of a tree with leaves, but I think it could also be arrows pointing toward 'increased health'...hard to say from a designer point of view.

I have added another based on my earlier concept. The basic idea is inspired from the fitbit logo you posted.

The point being that a mob is basically organization from 'chaos' . The arrows being the direction you are going >> health and the motivation of having like minded people. I didn't structure them perfectly to create a more dynamic, non-sterile environment.

Hmm...Sorry but I felt it better to withdraw #192 - it was too similar to #182 - did you ask that designer to do that design? If I submit the three shapes over the 'b' I could open myself to issues with that designer. I need to walk a fine line here.

i like the yellow and grey now in #193 -- but why didn't you put the symbols up above the b?

how about just showing #120 but instead of blue-green use the same yellow you have in #193

I still like #120 and #208 but wish it were just a bit more engaging. do you have any ideas? perhaps there's a way to transform those three symbols into something that has more relevant meaning?
maybe put one arrow on the left of the "H" and put a bunch of arrows (ie 5 or more) after the "b" where you have them now to communicate that our users start by themselves on a health journey but end in a community.

Thanks for still considering me...based on your concept I have made an icon to accompany the text.

Basic idea - individual lacking 'fullness' of health moves into community 'h' .

I tried doing something with 'hm' but it just kept coming back to the more simple form.

I really don't see how #219 resembles the instructions i provided, which is frustrating.
You have 3 little arrows in design #208. Make that have 5 arrows. Then put only 1 arrow to the left of the logo.

Another attempt...I think this matches more what you are requesting. Sorry for my misunderstanding.
