Thanks for entry #64 I like the fact that is very "Miami" since we are a coastal city. I would love to see what other variations of this you could make since is a nice concept.
I also like the color but it's not my favorite, I like the aqua/grey combination as well as a yellow/grey, but I am open for new ideas and color like this one.
Thanks for the entries I like #66 and #64. I would like to see if you have any other ideas for the mark, I like the seashell but this company will also be processing blood tests on patients and I am not sure if the seashell would represent what the company does, I have seen other work of yours and you seem to have great creativity.
One question I have is how will I use the logo on white paper like a letterhead or product label since the logo background is grey, is the background part of the entire logo?
No problem, the logo can be used on white background #68. Accoring to LogoTornament rules any client receives his logo on the trasparent background. It means the logo can be placed on literally any background.
Thanks for the last entry, I would like to see something more abstract maybe. I've seen a logo you made for a recovery center and was ranked 33 by the client.
The colors are looking very nice, but the mark is something I am having trouble finding since is a company that treats skin, has its own line of skin care products and also processes high tech blood test that not any other doctor or center has access to.
I like your designs and would like for you to find the "one".
Yes, I meant the mark only with the combinations of colors we were working on previously I like entry #78, more variations of this one would be nice, i have one question, what represents the red figure in #78?
oh, ok! we offer the blood tests but we don't process the blood in-house. What I liked about #78 was the sphere , maybe adding something else other than the blood. I like how it looks tridimensional as well as your other designs...
#116 is not what I am looking for, something with a natural theme like the seashell you made earlier would be nice, maybe trying a flower ( I like orchids) or like I said something other abstract theme.
Yes, I like #117 a lot more! we can work with something along this lines. Maybe tilt the sphere a bit so it doe's not look like the letter "O". Also increasing the color of the flower would be another change, I like it transparent but maybe not too much.
Go to sleep and rest, we will work on that tomorrow.
I know you wont see this message for some more hours, but I'll write it so when you wake up are able to see it.
Regarding entry #117 which is my number 1 choice, I had some feedback from friends and they actually don't understand the sphere that I asked you to incorporate; they also think is an "O" If you could make it somehow so it doesn't look like an "O" even if you need to alter it completely, I still like the flower. I would like to see the look of a more compacted logo maybe mark on the left and wording on the right, even framing the mark could be an option. I am not sure if that explanation is clear, its hard to write and describe what one wants :) If its not clear, ask me and tomorrow i'll get back to you. Thanks again!
On #156 and #155, I see more color than I would like. I want the Logo to be mostly grey or silver, and have 1 color, it could be 2 but in a smaller scale. Here are some ideas that I have for changes:
-Reduce the amount of color -Give it a more elegant look -Place mark on the left and words on the right
Overall I would like to get a elegant subtle look.
I am liking , #168, #167, and from before #155; we can work with them.
I would like to work with those 3 playing with color The floating figure can be grey or silver and the flower white like #168 with the purple edge (the tone we were using before)
let me know if its you are able to understand me :)
Great thank you, I would like to see it in the other format as well, like #166.
I have a question; I talked to a friend that works at printing company and she told me sometimes its hard to print gradient colors in a logo. I plan to print the logo on stickers, and since the logo is a little bit translucent it may not show very well, what do you think? She suggested that when you send all final files, that a version without the gradient colors is included to be able to print in other things like pens, stickers..
OK, perfect! I would like it with the gradient colors, but those other versions would work to print in different media. Would the black and white work for UV spot printing? I plan on doing UV spot.
>Would the black and white work for UV spot printing?
I believe yes, but please ask your publishing company how they prefer to get your logo for this kind of printing. That would be great just to make 100% sure.
Yes, I asked and for UV spot they require the fire to be in Black, which is where the UV coating would be applied. They gave me this: The Spot UV file black MUST be: C=0 M=0 Y=0 K=100
Yulia, it seems we have almost a winner entry #166. I say almost because there are a few things that I would like to change before we declare it final and end the tournament. I am sorry I ask for these changes, but I want to be able to love the logo, we are very close.
Sample 1: -Make "Health & Skin" font one size smaller - Make flower a little bit smaller, not too much -Make "Center of Miami" one tone darker so its more readable but keeping the same shade of light blue.
Sample 2: -Keep the same but change the font, I would like to see another font that is modern and goes well with the logo.
After I see these examples I would be able to finish the tournament and give you first place. Thank you once again for all your amazing creativity.
I like #188 font -Make "Center of Miami" Bigger -Make "Center of Miami" darker shade of light blue -Make "Health & Skin" one shade darker or maybe make it Bold? -Make flower colors more gradient and darker, just like #166
Dear Yulia, thank you for your patient and all the creativity you have put into making this logo. I chose #189 and I really like it.
I would wait the for files so I can upload them, take your time. I want to also remind you of the files for watermark, UV Spot, the one without the gradient colors and the black and white one.
