Thank you very much for these designs. I like them a lot.
I like #16 for it's fresh, modern twist. The shadow gives Web 2.0 feel, with I like. Looks very trustful and sharp.
Soft white letter H is nice, too.
#12 is nice too. I like the way you play with the letter H. The pixels give some modern twist. Very cool.
#11 cool, too. Like a landing space for a helicopter, if you know what I mean ; ) Nice metaphor.

I like the pixel ideal in #12 Could you try to play more with the pixels to give a modern touch ?

I think it's different with Skoda logo, since the circle emblem shape is generic for the logo. IMHO
I will play with pixel for #12, and submit the other option soon.

I find problematic that the words "innovation academy" would stand out more in #16 ? Now the black color eats the text it so it is not very visible. This may be problem especially in prints and business cards.

For example can you try to change the colors so that the ring is white and text is black ?
It could also lighter the design overall.

My favorite log is #119. It is energetic and more joyful than the one with the black ring.

To finalize the #119 can you try a version with a bit bolder word HEALTH and a bit bolder green ring. Just want to make sure it stands out properly.
