Regarding #16, this is nice and somewhat on the right track. The green is too dark for me, and I'm not a huge fan of the bumps on the side. I'd rather have a rectangle or straight pentagon. The font seems a bit old-fashioned as well, I'd like a font that is similarly official looking, but also more modern. Thanks for the submission.
#23 is closer to what I'm going for. I also like the green gradient. However, it doesn't quite surpass the others and the whole curved, circle look is a little too much -- also to me the words don't lay quite right on the oval. Thanks a lot for the design.
