I really like the sphere with the binary numbers. I'd be interested to see a variant with a "cut" or "unraveling" effect. Thanks! 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,Thank you very much for the ranking on #22.In this variation on it, I added some more detail and made the outer sphere more transparent which gives it a cleaner look, as another option.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #27) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,As another option, this one adds some shading to "Haynes" and the bar to add some depth.Take care,Tim(This comment references Entry #28) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,I just saw your comment and I'll see what I can come up with.Thank you very much for the feedback,Tim 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This is the first idea for the ball unwrapping. I have a couple others as well that I'll post soon.I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you meant by cut, but if you could explain I would love to try that as well. Thanks again,Tim(This comment references Entry #29) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,While the last two had the surface unraveling off of another sphere, this one has just one layer unraveling. Please let me know if these weren't what you had in mind, and I'll be happy to make the changes.Take care,Tim(This comment references Entry #31) 15 years ago HaynesTech Client #31 and #30 are great! I really like the color gradient in the company name in #31. I think the unwrapping looks great, as well. A couple of requests: I'd like to see some examples with a darker red; closer to maroon. Could you make the sphere in #30 dark gray and perhaps a variation with darker binary numbers? Concerning my request for a "cut" look, I was thinking something along the lines of how the AT&T logo. I don't like to reference existing logos, but that's all I can think of. Hope this helps. I appreciate your openness to my ideas and thanks for your hard work! 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,Thank you, again, for the feedback. This one is #31 with maroon tones replacing the red throughout and a darker color on the binary.I'm working on the others as well and will submit those shortly.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #38) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is #30 with maroon tones throughout and the gray sphere darkened as well as the binary.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #39) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is #28 with the maroon tones.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #40) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,As another option, I took #31 and made some of the colors closer to burgundy. I also added more contrast between colors.I added some shading to the binary code so it looks darker on the lower half of the sphere which makes it look even more three dimensional. If you like this color look over the others, I can certainly change any of the others to it as well.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #43) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,Just another idea I had that I wanted to show you. This one has the inside of the sphere and the binary code as gray metal.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #44) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,Thank you very much for the ranking. This is another option #31 where I kept the outside the same and just made the inside of the sphere the same metal gray as #45.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #46) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer This one is #46 with the binary a touch darker. If you would like to see any other variation, please don't hesitate to let me know.Take care,Tim(This comment references Entry #48) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is my idea for the cut you had mentioned before.I just didn't want to leave anything hanging.Thank you again for the feedback,Tim(This comment references Entry #57) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This is #57 with different shading on the outside and a darker gray on the inside as another option.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #58) 15 years ago HaynesTech Client Wow, you read my mind, #57 and #58 are great! I was just thinking about concentric rings earlier. 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer That's great, I'm glad you like them and I'm glad I pulled those off the page of the sketchpad.I have a couple other ideas that I'll submit as well just as some other options. As always, if you would like to see any changes please let me know.Take care,Tim 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This was another idea I had for the sphere having a highly polished glass look. Thanks again,Tim(This comment references Entry #63) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer And this is the red glass version of #63.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #64) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,Just to leave no stone unturned, this one is a combination between #57 and #46.Concentric rings with the top ones unwrapping.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #69) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one changes the curves of the concentric circles for another look.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #70) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is #70 with the digital.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #71) 15 years ago HaynesTech Client Very nice work! The curved concentric circles are great. I'm short on time now but will post detailed comments tonight. 15 years ago HaynesTech Client This is getting tough, but that's a good thing. I REALLY like the rings in #57 and #58 and the curved rings in #70 and #71. I've run the "unwrapped" versions by several people they didn't test well, so I don't think I'll be going with one. I would like to see some variations of the curved rings, however. May I see the color of 'technologies' and the vertical line match the gray on the inside of the sphere, please? I'm not sure if it would be overkill on the gray, but I wonder how the numbers would look matched as well. Finally, I'd be interested to see at least one with a reflection instead of a shadow and one with the shadow dropped a little to give it a 'levitating' effect. Thanks for all of your hard work and quick responses to my requests! 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,Thank you very much for the feedback. It's no trouble at all doing any of those variations.I'm traveling today and will get to work on those as soon as I get back this evening.Thank you,TIm 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,As you requested yesterday, the following entries are variations using gray for "technologies" and the bar, a floating look by moving the drop shadow down and reflections. The first is #71 with gray "technologies" and a gray bar.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #75) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer This one is the grays use4d for #57....Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #76) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is #57 with more space above the shadow.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #77) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is #71 with the space above the shadow..Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #78) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This is #57 with a reflection.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #79) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one is #71 with a reflection.I can mix and match any of these if you would like, or any other change that might come to mind. Please just let me know.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #80) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer This one is #57 with all the changes and the binary gray.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #81) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This is #71 with all the changes and gray binary.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #82) 15 years ago HaynesTech Client #78 is almost perfect. Would you mind changing the binary to gray (like #82) and toning down the reflection on the sphere and/or moving it towards the top of the sphere? Thanks! 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,It's no trouble at all. I'll do a couple of variations on it using the gray from #82 and toning down the reflection. This is the first one, with the reflection less bright.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #88) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one ( #90 ) has the reflection toned down a bit more.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #90) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This one has the reflection toned down and on the top of the sphere.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #87) 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,It's no trouble at all tweaking the designs, so please don't hesitate to let me know if I need to go darker or anything at all.Take care,Tim 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer Hello,This was a different idea I had on the drawing board that I just wanted to add to the contest.Just another option as I didn't want to leave any ideas I had.Thank you,Tim(This comment references Entry #91) 15 years ago HaynesTech Client Thank you so much for your hard work, Tim. #87 is a winner, sir. Congratulations! 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer That's fantastic! Thank you, very much. It's been a fun journey nailing it down. Thanks again, and Happy Holidays!Tim 15 years ago HaynesTech Client Grr, I don't know how I didn't notice this and I hope it's not too late, but although the design of #87 is perfect, I was looking for the brighter red as in #78. If you can just take the design of #87 and make the color match #78, it'll be perfect. 15 years ago TNSGraphics Logo Designer No trouble at all. I re-submitted the files with the reds from #78.Thank you,TIm 15 years ago
