Off to a great start!
Initial thoughts are that a horizontal format with a white background is going to work best.

After reviewing the first round with my business partner, we'd be interested in some ideas with a bit more blue with gold and/or black as the highlight And, it seems we really like the designs with a logo in front of the name. Lastly, more on the "fierce & official" side with the hawk is preferred.

We LOVE your creativity. Loving the blues golds and black. Like the more "edgy" logos, definitely horizontal with logo on right or left and hawk facing the title. White background is best. Going to be so difficult to choose! You ALL are amazing. Very impressive.

Great job all--We really are focusing on not having the logo detract from the name. We like the subtle HAWK being in the title as a branding scheme. Liking silver and blue--maybe a touch of muted gold. So far so good.
