Your #16 entry is really good. The sunbeams seem more hopeful, although if you look at the Arizona flag, they are a very different treatment, which may be a good thing, or maybe not. Us Arizonians love our flag, so maybe the unique look doesn't get us quite the mileage.
The bridge is a fantastic rendering. Nothing even close submitted thus far. Thank you for the effort here.
Also like the typeface. Nice.
The main issue here is the water still looks odd. Maybe you could put a boat of some kind heading under the bridge with some small wake associated with it if you want to capture the idea of water.The two color effect is also nice, as we could use it both as a two color and then one color when making bxw versions.

As I prepared to send the final selections to my Board, I realized that the grey color utilized in your design #149, #151 and #161 does not conform to our style guide colors. There is no gray in the palette, only the sky blue PMS 2975U. Can you look at these designs again and find a way to eliminate the gray and utilize one of the other approved colors?
First style ... #165, #166, #167 with approved colors... Last style ... #168, #169, #170, #171, #172, #173, #174, #175, #176, #177, #178, #179, #180, #181, #182, #183 also with approved colors... Just my opinion ...If I have to used sky blue (PMS 2975U) or olive green (PMS 389U) for word "FOUNDATION"... it will hard to read ... not clearly... you can look at the entry #168 and #171.. That's why in my previous entry #149 and #151 I used grey color to replace it... IMO :) In these almost updates I used orange (PMS 021U or C/O M/53 Y/100 K/;O) and deep blue (PMS 300U or C/100 M/44 Y/O K/O) as the main color of word "FOUNDATION"... For other color it doesn't match with the foundation mission... just IMO But if you ask me to replace one or more entries with other color I will always come the revisions up....
