I think id like this more if just the pixie part had the shading. Everything shaded is a little too much. Don't know if Id chose the house to be green either I feel like that makes a statement unintentionally about environmentalism or something that might complicate the logo. Might be more interesting with a line in between. I think within in this logo is the potential for a very 2.0 logo like youtube and ebay extra which is totlally inline with what I am after. I think the shading a colors should be rethought. I like the backwards S and the pixie font and shading. I like everything about what you did with the word pixie.
