I like how you've introduced the wing but there is a very strong emphasis on the letter rather than it being a simple shape with an underlying symbolism or connection with the customer. I am leaning away from the image being a letter so this is not my preferred design of yours.
Very interesting. I like the idea.
I'm not very fond of the shape of the wing but it seems to suit the hat. I've just been looking at the image and wondering if it can be merged with the text in some way. Let me sit on this for a little while.
Could I get you to revise this logo and make the yellow in both image and text darker or perhaps orange and reduce the font size slightly and capitalise ?
Mplusc,
I love it. I think its very elegant, sharp and simple. Definitely a favourite.
Thank you so much. #107 with the buttons detracts from the simplicity of #104 I think. #104 looks great. Could you revise with capital letters ?
No problem, please see #104 for the new version. I added a stopwatch hand in the center and the halo is the motion trail of the hand. Hope you like it.
Hi Mplusc,
Sorry to do this to you, especially after my last comment but I woke up this morning and had a new idea for a logo. I'm thinking that the unique feature of our product is speed and then thought a halo, like the ones you've already done, with a small addition that made it look like a stopwatch would be a way of connecting the 'Saint' in our name to the benefit of speed. Again, sorry to do this to you but could I get you to play with this idea.
Hi mplusc,
Thank you for all of your designs and entertaining some of my recent whims. I feel like I may have hindered this competition by being too suggestive with some comments i.e. wings and separate image.
With less than a day to go and me about to go to bed, could I please ask you to have a look at our name and business and design a logo which you think would best suit us. No restrictions - whatever you think would work. I would love to know how you would do it if it was yours.
Thank you.
Again, I like the look of this logo but it doesn't seem to connect with the name or the business. I also envisaged the solid half being the other one to form the "S" but I'm not sure that it even would.
I like this one also but the star in the middle doesn't seem to fit the brand and the shapes remind me of shells or tadpoles at first glance. I like the effect but it doesn't seem a good fit given everything else I've seen.
I actually think this is a good looking logo but I can't get past it looking like the skull of a cow or bull. The type you'd see in a saloon. It doesn't have the association with the wings I thought it would.
Thanks for the new batch of designs. I'm not sure if I'm helping or hindering the creative process by suggesting new ideas rather than just commenting. I like this design but it now looks too much like a love heart. Are you able to mirror each wing so the curves are meeting in the middle ?
This might sound a little anal but the wing is a little too feathery for my liking. From what I've seen so far I'm definately leaning towards geometric symbols, very simple yet still representative of a concept. I've also been leaning towards all capital lettering. Would you be able to produce a version of this logo with all cap ?
Thank you for #59-#61. I think #59 and #60 look great. #61 was what I originally had in mind but it looks kind of sharp and intimidating like 2 sets of bulls horns or 2 sickles.
Well done.
Even though the there is no symbolism around what we do with the halo, I think it works extremely well. The word HAUL pulls the viewer out of the notion of it being related to a church or religious organisation.
Do you think you could form a "H" from two intersecting halos ?
Hi mplusc,
Thanks for the additions. I found the wings to be too busy and detracting from our name rather than complementing. I still feel like there is a lot of potential with wings as a symbol so please feel free to play around with them. The simpler the better. For example the halo with no tools I think works better at a simplicity level.
here is a new idea using the HS initials. The angel wings form the S which intersects with the H. Added the halo on the word Saints to support the idea also. Hope you like it!
I think that has increased the relevance factor somewhat. I'm now mindful not to get confused with a handyman or contractor myself so I'll see if I can get some feedback from friends and get back to you.
Thanks.
Thanks for the update. The logo will invariably be on a white background so it was useful to see it like this. I had my partner look at it and she couldn't help think of the boxes as being chocolate. Now that she's said that all I can see if chocolate as well. Would you be able to replace the boxes with something else symbolic of our service ? I'm also mindful of the logo costing substantially more to place on clothing and vehicles when more than three colours are being used. Having a max of 3 colours may have some bearing on the final decision.

Would you be able to revise this logo so it was all black and then produce the inverse so all white on a black background ?
Thank you.

Could I please ask you to reproduce this logo but without the tools - just the halo.
Thank you.

Would you be able to show me how you think this logo should look on a white background ?
