Here are the things that I would like to see the brand reflect.

-cutting edge
-bold (stands out and recognizable from a distance)
-sticking within our color scheme of red, black & white.
-high end/classy look
-sharp

My experience with my for sale signs in yards is that a white background with a bold red & black design on it stands out best.

I've included a head shot that you can use, although I'm more than willing to get my business pics redone if you have a good design that requires a full-body image.

I'm also looking for some creative "directional arrow signs" to direct people to the houses I have for sale. MOST Realtor directions signs in our market are rectangular and don't really stand out. We do have a couple agents that have done a good job though by creating "round" directional signs (see web link I included in my posting), or simply any other shape other than the typical rectangular directional sign.

FYI- My for sale sign dimension that hang in front of houses are 32' tall x 24" wide.

This is also a concept that hasn't really been explored by any designers in this tournament yet. I'm not opposed to the logo being based around "HREG" (Hauer Real Estate Group). Here's an example of a logo I found that has done something like that...
