Can you shape the green part to look less like a human face?

Is there anyway to make the green section look less like a face? Also, I Harris COunty falls within that green space--not sure if there is something design wise that could be done with that. Maybe if the dog as a collar the tag could land on Houston? (Not sure if that would loo k to busy?)

I am afraid that the white dog might get lost if we print on a white background. Are you able to shape the blocks behind into the state of Texas (In one color) and then silhouette of dog in another color and silhouette of cat another color?

Also, name should be
Harris (small font)--place on the left side.
County Pets (larger font)
Resource Center (under name)

Can you make the blocks resemble the state of Texas? Could you outline the dog in yellow and the cat in pink to incorporate the other colors?I like the silhouette of the dogs in the middle.
