The text is quite good, although we'd like to see it without the gradient effect. We also haven't seen the right green yet in all the submissions we've received from the designers, but I would lean towards something dull and not too dark. We are kind of moving away from using the letters in the symbol after seeing all the submissions, but I think with the right symbol and right text color this logo could be more of what we're looking for.
