#6,7,8...I like the font, but might like to see green worked into the logo, maybe in place of the grey....I like the way the green and blue play off each other in #1 and #4 above. Also, I'm not a big fan of the symbol,,,,,would like it to look more like a building. Also, like the symbol above the name more than to the side.
#9 and 10, same comment as above....I dont want to look like I do high rise office buildings.
#1-4, the more I look at it, the more I dont like the "script" font below. I like a more classic font like in
#5-10.

A couple of other comments.
I definitely like the logo above the name, not to the left side.
I like the logos that have green AND blue in them.
I like a traditional font.
If you are going to do buildings, dont make them all look like high rise office buildings. You need to figure out how to make them look more low rise and more like "sleek" warehouse/manufacturing buildings. the buildings in the front of 17 are closer scale wise to what I am looking for.
The biggest companies in the world in my business are Pro-Logis, DCT Industrial, Duke, First Industrial, and IDI. You might want check out their websiews/logos for ideas as to what the buildings look like and what their logos look like.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the top 5 ranked designers will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ The "Top 5" designers are the first 5 designers in a contest, not the first 5 designs.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The designer of the 1st place design will be the only designer who can submit revisions at that time.

I have moved a few to the 'non interesting' category. For the most part, they either, one, have an abstract design elementl, two, have the logo to the left of the name, instead of over it, or three, they have a residential feel to them, and it needs to look more commercial, without looking like high rise office buildings.

In the new lot, #25 & 29 are nice. I like the type in 29, but the icon from 25.

#49 is cool too, if only it were a short-stack instead of hi-rise.

Also, in #34 where the green was added, and the HRE, the HRE is useless - too small. But the green looks good and adds to it..
