Here are some of my proposals. Instead of creating a separate icon / typography combination, I've created an all encompassing logo / unit. One that can be used for additional elements just as branding stamps, watermarks, shirt badges/embroidery etc.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
Love these! Especially #19 & #20, I would change Quirky Gifts to something else, maybe Gifts & Homewares. Like the vintage-ey feel & they'd work great as stamps for stamping carrier bags & coffee cup clutches.
Thanks for the great feedback and comments, always appreciated! Here are those concepts, with that new line :) #26, #27, #28, #29, #30 and #31
I've also shown the flexibility of the designs, showing them that they could work on darker backgounds, in colour or monotone, which will definitely help with being able to print or stamping them onto bags and clutches etc.
Thanks for these, they would suit well, although the shop was actually established in 2009 :D Although I've ranked them so that the rounder one is first I also really like the other one too. The differences in colours is great.
Would it be possible to do the design in #27 with the colours of #30. The survey seems to be preferring the darker colour behind #30, but I still like the design of #27
Thanks for that. Depending on which one I choose how easy would it be for me to change the colours myself? Just to fit in with different displays & promotions.
The files I have to upload and supplied are a vector Illustrator EPS file (this is what all printers will use and want to use) - these are editable if you have Illustrator. You'll also get high resolution JPEG files (this is for anything screen related or placing into thing like Word) - these are not editable. I hope that helps :)
I think I need to have a white background, just to make it easier for me, & also we're in a conservation area. Could you play around with the colours of #40, maybe make the orange type something a bit stronger?
Not a problem at all. Here are 3 new versions .... With each one the orange elements get progressively stronger, and the filigree elements change colour slightly for each one; #43, #44 and #45
