Thanks for your logo design entries. We like what you have done...the stick figure of the house is an important element to your design and says "houses" which is our main target. Like the cursive style of Gulf Shores...says elegant. Can we ask for you to make a couple of modifications: 1. the font thickness on Gulf Shores needs to be a little bigger. needs to be visible on a rental sign in fornt of a property. 2. Vacation Rentals also needs to be bigger font.. does not have to be as big as Gulf Shores, but close. 3. please provide black & white treatment...need to make sure that the logo works in this format as well. Paulina: I did not read your comments before I rejected the smaller logos. We thought that we had to decide on the smaller one over the larger one...can we have both? I like your idea of providing these for smaller spaces and the fact that our web address is www.gsvacationrentals.com makes these shorter versions work for us.
We like version #144 the best but like the shade of blue used in #51 for the words "Gulf Shores". Can you modify #144 and use the same blue color used in #51? Also we are concerned that "Vacation Rentals" is bleeding together in #144 and will not be visible on a sign. Any way that you can space the letters out a bit without making them smaller?
Please use the blue in #51 for version #147. It sounded like you were including this one as well as the larger one for the contracted contest prize. Is that correct?
Loved the black and white version of both the large and small logos. I think they will look great in applications where we need black and white only.
Thanks for your work. We are ready to chose your designs after we see the suggested changes mentioned and if you will inlcude the smaller logo design in the price (both in black and white as well). Agreed?
I made the changes on the shade of blue. Also spaced the "Vacation Rentals" letters so that they are no longer touching each other. I apologize for that, it was my mistake.
About the smaller logo design, you got it right, I´ll give you both sizes of the logo design in color and black and white for the same price.
Please let me know any other comments or changes, in case you choose my design I like you to be fully pleased with it.
Thanks for the changes and agreeing to give us all the logos. We are going to choose your designs. Appreciate the changes of Vacation Rentals...we are going to want to go thinner on the font syle to make sure there is no blurring of the letters, especailly in logo 149 with the green background.
