I liked this one too

Yes i will deliver #222 and #227 after you ended the contest asap.

I think on this one the color icon could be slightly larger (taller) so it looks proportional to the type. That little white space above the crossbar in that G icon, could center along the center of the Guide to Gwinnett type perhaps. Overall just looks like that icon needs to be slightly larger and positioned higher.

Thanks for this! If we choose you as the winner, can you give us a couple versions of the layout... this one and then the one with the icon over the top of the type... I think we'd like to have the option to choose later... and not sure we can decide which one best until we experiment in our layouts.

I think this is still my favorite. My concern is that it's too tall for the website layouts we need to use it in. If you have ideas on how we can make it work better horizontally.. in other words, can we make it wider, not taller, I'd love to see some variations

Thanks... I added the word "THE" to the front in case it's needed.... but I really prefer just "Home of the annual Best of Gwinnett Awards" if we can make it look right

Is there a way to send you a couple files? or somewhere I can post on here for you to see? It might be easier to show you some thoughts I have that way.

I promise we're almost done with tweaks. Instead of the rule on the bottom- lets see how it looks with the tagline replacing the rule (the bottom one) On the left... say Home of the Annual.. on the right say Best of Awards.. UNLESS- with a font adjustment we can fit Best of Gwinnett Awards to the right of the seal... and home of the annual can fit to the left.

This one has potential too. Can we make the BOG seal half the size it is now. Make the bottom rule thinner and let it run behind the seal, so the seal is the center point. Then move the tagline under the rule.. breaking the copy into two sections... one section to the left of the seal, one to the right. we could edit the copy... Home of the (seal) Recognition Awards In other words, we'd let the seal carry the words Best of Gwinnett and we'd add recognition so it helped balance out the copy lines

Can we try one that puts the multi-color G pointer in place of the Best of Gwinnett blue seal. Then maybe we can explore placement options for that seal. Could be at the end of the word Gwinnett, or maybe smaller and placed underneath the Home of the tagline in the center. Maybe the pointer on the top, pointing down through the type with the BOG seal underneath could work. I'm still liking this approach. I feel like it's in this realm... just still need to push for the right balance and the ultimate goal of having both logos in one masthead. Hope that makes sense

I'm still liking this the best thus far... Not sure about the rule going around...the round seal. Maybe that part doesn't have to have the rule around it. Our really colorful logo for the guide... that multicolor pointer would be nice to include... not sure if it can work on the end of the Guide to Gwinnett type. The concept here is solid... I think it has great potential. Best I've seen so far

I like this concept. Tagline needs to read "Home of the annual Best of Gwinnett Awards" (can't leave off Awards) I think I'd leave the TO in blue.. The green clashes a bit to m. Good direction... Only other thought I have is making the rules thinner. thanks
