The Growthsource Academy is an organization devoted to helping NYC women lift their station in life and achieve a new level of independence through starting their own businesses and pursing their entrepreneurial goals. The difference between success and non-success is often being taken under the wing of a season professional that can help point out the obstacles ahead of time and help one formulate solution. The Academy will provide the women in the program mentoring, business and personal development training from the Private Equity community and business men and women who are eager to give back, share their insight, provide guidance and help our participants though the often daunting process of transforming and idea into a business that can support them and grow.
