Thanks for taking interest in my concept. Beyond the obvious, when I build up this design, I had in mind various types of animations. Please let me know if you'd like to see some revisions/variations on this concept.

One thought: does the logo convey ideas like synergy, people or ideas joining together?

Another thought: if you remove the company name and tagline, does the logo still convey those same ideas?

Hi Eruckle,

To me (and a few fellow designers I asked) it conveys synergy, harmony, dynamism and yes, ideas joining together, working together as a whole. The one thing it doesn't necessarily evoke, is people but that's a small if no issue at all, since you have a clear company name. I think all the elements are working together on this one, and the tag-line just strengthens those ideas. It can be very well used without it.

I will work on some more color variations and submit it without the tag-line too.
