Gris Gris StrutLogo Design Contest

I like the power the rooster has in entry #4 and #5. I would like to see some movement in the rooster since we are a dance troupe. I like that the name is the group is larger than the motto but would like to see it as the 1st thing you read instead of the 2nd thing.

I like the details you added to the rooster and font in #60-#63. I want to see the rooster's head pointed upward as if he is crowing at the sun. I am also not sure if I like the cross sections circle shape of the logo. Can you work on another shape. Maybe the outline of the State of Louisiana or a shield or circular shape with a banner. I want the "What?!! What?!!" to be more incorporated in the logo.

- Leave foot where it is

- More puffed out chest on rooster

- With roosters beak facing up "crowing" to the sun. beak can extend out of design like foot

- Remove "what" tags

- add a gangster chain around the roosters neck with "What?!! What?!!" can be two lines.

This design is well and truly my top preference.

Also - really want to find a way to have the crowing AND the leg outside the circle like #61 - this adds movement for the rooster that I really like!!!

regarding #98 I like the rooster as it is in color, I just want to drop the background. The words Gris Gris Strut can be a roost he is standing on.

-show one foot like in #78
-open beak in a "crowing" motion as if the rooster is crowing to the sun, can slightly extend beak

- do the same without the chain
-try with a couple different fonts, powerful legible but feminine, stronger than Harrington but feminine like it. I do like the font now but the font we normally use is more feminine

-one without the chain, see if you can add the words "What?!! What?!!" somewhere near him

one more thing. I like the maroon center and rooster head as in #98 and other. My final design would have that.
