Like this - would love to see a couple more variations including the Font/Type. I like the type in my #2 Entry with the Bold "Grimes" and Regular "Associates". I like that yours shows a person stretching (for their goals)

Hi thanks for the feedback and liking my logo. Yes you have a great eyes :) the negative space of the 2 arrows is a human figure with hand pointing up convey the idea of reaching the goals. The arrows itself symbolise the idea of growth, strategy and result.
