Industry Real Estate Color Preferences Really open to any ideas but… historically we were red and white. Now, we’re thinking about maybe incorporating a blue? We also like duck egg blue and silver but want ensure there is some ‘pop’ in the logo too! Our Ideas & Additional Information In the past we have used a “little red house” for our logo. This symbolizes the office building we have been in since the beginning of our business. This office building in fact dates back to the 1870’s and is a historic building. We’re not saying the logo must have a red house in it – just some background. Please nothing “generic”. We have ranked what has come in so far. Our general feedback would be that we would like to see slightly more "feminine" logos (should have mentioned our business is 100% female). Also could a bit more colour (or alternative colours like softer reds, blues, greys - maybe even green) be incorporated? Please keep them coming and we will keep giving feedback to close in on our desired look! 10 years ago jyctham Client Hi again,Also a simple / clean graphic (like a silhouette) to convey the country or village would be appreciated for consideration. Like a tree perhaps? Please - no cows, rooflines or rolling hills. 10 years ago jyctham Client Thanks everyone again. We are starting to home in on our desired look and feel but please keep them coming! Red is a colour we would like to see incorporated for sure so please feel free to update your designs to incorporate this colour. Also some of the logos, some of the fonts may be too small (remember we have to put these onto for sale signs outside homes and would want our name to be readable from a distance if possible. Please consider variations where, for example, the name is put on the right side of a logo, and other variations where Griffith is put above Realtors (either below or beside a logo). 10 years ago jyctham Client We still also like some of the designs that have incorporated a tree, leaf, etc. For those, perhaps play with your colour palette to include red? 10 years ago
