This is a great start! However, I think the logo needs to be more abstract and happy. Less of a real estate/engineering feel. Let's make it unique and grey

#7, Really like the logo. Can you look at using a tighter font like #1 and #2. Also, what about trying a little color. maybe the blue color from #2.
