Sorry for the delay on getting this submitted--I wanted to make sure I loved it myself first. Anyway, here is the idea I came up with, and if you look close you will notice your drawing is the basis of my boat in a bottle. Let me know what you think and if you want to see any changes. I am still trying to figure out a good way to incorporate a character (you), but it is tricky. I do like it how it is though. Thanks for looking!

I noticed you mentioned wanting to see how it might look on a dark background as well, so here it is on a darker color!

They look very nice. I prefer #3 with the darker background, but that can also be incorporated with a dark shirt or sign I suppose. I think I would like to see the Galley & Pub larger than the Greenwood, as Greenwood is the name of the town, and I would like to promote the restaurant and pub more for people passing by that may not know the place.

The board idea is kind of cool. Have any others? I always picture a big old oak tree or something along the Black River, but I'm versatile, again, the board might grow on me.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, Toni. Here is a new layout, based on your requests. I wish you could see it larger, to get the full effect--I added a Wisconsin icon with a compass/star calling out your location. (Speaking of which, are you getting hit by this blizzard at all?! We are all snowed-in over in Minneapolis!)

I am going to see what other ideas I can cook up as well. Talk with you again soon!

Yes! The blizzard is here too. Well, you're not too far away from me. I like the Wisconsin addition and the change of size to Galley & Pub. I think I prefer the bottle back on top, or not at such an angle. I've had a few ideas in my head, but I do not have the programs or the artistic ability to put on paper what is going on in my mind. :) I haven't gotten much responses yet either. So you are the only one I get to bounce my ideas off of. I thought of the word Greenwood as part of the tree branches or leaves then Galley & Pub next to it with either the ship or something above, below or between Galley & Pub. I also thought about a cartoon of me beckoning the ship into the Galley & Pub, or I'm in the bottle or on the ship, but yet, we don't want it too busy either. The inside has a tropical flair from the former owners love of Mexico. So I need to incorporate that a little along with whatever theme I'm trying to create. Somewhat nautical because of the "Galley", but I don't want to turn it into a Red Lobster either. Hope I didn't throw too much at you. Good Luck.

Here is another option to make it more regionally accurate. I am going to keep throwing out other layouts as I get them ready. I am also working on a character (you!) to add, so we'll see how that goes!

Here's another way to incorporate the bottle--it is nestled in the big oak tree, just like how your Galley & Pub is in found in the heart of wooded Wisconsin!

Here is a new layout & direction; more along the lines of a logo you might find on a boat or other nautical things. I think we need to stay away from getting too busy, but I wanted to throw something else out there as an alternate option.

Can you decrease the font size of Greenwood and increase the font size of Galley & Pub in #2. Keep the bottle on the top. No shading or varigated letters. You can add the Wisconsin yet, or try one with and one without. I decided the white background might be better to work with down the road. If you have any other totally new concepts, keep them rolling. Thanks.

Yes, indeed it might be good to get something that will be 100% ready for print (including silk screening onto shirts). These 2 are print-ready, as is, as only a 3-color design (which will make for easy and affordable printing). I will see what else I can come up with as well. Thanks again!

I added some palm trees to this one for a nice hint of what's inside the place... (I actually really like this one a lot, in terms of looking great on everything from large signage down to uniforms or menus. It's a nice balance of clean and bold, but still having detailed line work.)

We like #10 best so far. Can you tweak a few things? Move Wisconsin over to the left corner and make it bigger and only one palm tree in the lower right corner. Can you give Greenwood more color, or a darker border? Can you put Galley & Pub all on one line like #2, only larger? If you came up with a good characature of me you can put that on instead of the palm tree, or a whole knew theme for me to check out.
Thanks. Keep up the good work.

We also had a comment about the bottle being tipped like in #2 only the other direction (down), with water pouring out into a river, or just beer or wine pouring out. Any thoughts?

Ohh, I like that idea. I will see what else I can come up with! Thanks!

Here is a new layout, based on your latest requests. I am currently working on the pouring idea as well, as I think that one is really cool!

Here is one with the beer pouring out of the bottle, which also doubles as the look of the river!

I am not sure how well you will be able to see this, but here is the version with you incorporated into it instead of the palm trees. You are posing as if to display the sign, "Here it is! Come on in!" It may be getting too busy at this point, but I definitely wanted you to have this as an option...

Hard to see exactly what I look like, but looks pretty close. Can you lengthen the bottle neck just a bit, it lost a little when you removed the cork. How would it look with blue coming out of it? Did you see the new entry? The blue really stands out on it. The yellow looks good, and I know I am in the heart of Cheesehead country and John Deere country, but I don't want too much green and yellow, I think it's overkill in this area. But who knows, maybe I'll like it better than blue, but give it a try. Thanks.
