We would love to see something that really connects people to the college and university environment. What about making it look like brick with green ivy over it??

Also, please note that the shade of green must be Red – 101
Green – 188
Blue – 70

from the RGB color model.

The Mass College Green options are really looking good. Anyone willing to try the concept of making the letters in College look like brick and then adding green ivy down them??? I would really love to see that!

will anyone attempt a brick facade with green ivy over the top???? is my request unclear or is this a difficult request? please help me understand how i can better relay this desire. thank you!

These are really coming out great! Thank you so much for all of your hard work! I would like to continue to explore the integration of the brick. I have truly appreciated how each of you has been interpreting it. This is going to be a very difficult decision for us. We also would be interested in seeing something that incorporates concepts or icons that have a connotation towards energy and sustainability- i.e. an LED light, the image for recycling (three arrows in a triangle), the sun, wind turbine, an electrical outlet... just some thoughts. see the new image (PDF) I have uploaded to the contest brief for some examples of energy and sustainability icons.

As previously mentioned, this has been a VERY difficult decision because all of you have created such unique and attractive logos. At this point, they are ranked based on the votes from our internal team. It was very close, only a few votes separating the top three. Thank you so much!
