Hi this is my concept, can be apply in different color variations. Using leaf symbol as basic shape (although it's not neccessary)

revised logo. using two shapes of leaf intersect in the middle. The orange leaf represent green music intiative company that support the music industry (represented with light green leaf). The intersect in the middle represent the collaboration of music industry with green music company.
